AND THE WINNERS ARE...
People's Choice clinches this year's Station of the Year Award for One TV at the end of a memorable night for the local Television Industry. The 2010 TV Awards event was characterised by a breathtaking neck and neck race between One TV and PBS, only decided at the touchline by the people's choice going to One's Alfred Zammit and L-Evangelisti.
One TV walked home with 17 awards whilst TVM was awarded 16 awards. Education 22 and Net TV both received 2 awards each, and Favourite Channel which is relatively a new TV station, managed to get one award. Awards Night was aired live on all 5 local TV stations.
